Implemented style changes in dialogic as requested by UI Design.

  • Made Textbox wider and bigger (1920 * 300)
  • Moved NameBox a little more to the middle
  • Adjusted Namebox style to make it wider
  • changed fonts and sizes
  • changed portrait sizes and positions
  • Enabled progression indicator and added sprite according to mockup
